You don’t need more pressure, more hustle, or another set of answers. You need the clarity to move forward, the confidence to be fully seen, and the support to lead as the person you know you can become.

That’s what Jay helps you build.

MY STORY

Intentional Reinvention

More than a decade ago, Jay was leading a global team at a fast growing startup, and his career seemed to be taking off. Inside, however, he felt like he wasn’t making the most of his gifts and wanted to make a change…little did he know that it would be the first of multiple reinventions over the next few years. He left that successful tech career to build a corporate-training business from scratch in Beijing. Then, he returned to tech during COVID to help TikTok scale culture across borders. After 13 years living and working in China, he moved back to New York in 2023, trained as an ICF-certified coach, and embarked on this new phase of his journey.

Jay knows that meaningful change is rarely only about choosing a new job or pursuing a new goal. It asks you to become more of the leader your next chapter requires: clearer in your direction, more confident in your voice, and more able to act when there is no script.

Jay brings a strong cross-cultural perspective, a background in facilitation and public speaking, and a coaching approach that combines mindset shifts with practical, embodied action. He works with ambitious professionals and emerging leaders navigating meaningful transitions to reinvent themselves into larger roles, new careers, or a more intentional way of leading. This process of intentional reinvention comes with a shift in the beliefs and patterns that shape how people see themselves, as well as the communication, leadership, and relationship skills that shape how others experience them.

Jay does not coach people toward someone else’s idea of success. He helps them discover the clarity, capacity, and courage to write their own next chapter.
